At TixTrack, we support our clients by creating superior ticketing solutions for performing arts and cultural institutions through a combination of modern technology, beautifully simple design, and the art of listening. Headquartered in the heart of the Broadway Theatre District, NYC, we are a small, but growing team of hardworking, highly motivated individuals. With a presence across both the US and UK, and trusted by key players on Broadway and the West End, we are passionate about our work and driven to innovate with our customers to solve current and future challenges with new solutions. Our core product, Nliven, is a real-time platform that helps venues manage ticket sales efficiently while creating a more engaging buying experience for customers. We are transforming our engineering culture to align with an Empowered Teams model, embracing Continuous Delivery and focusing on building capabilities to drive higher quality, reliability, and speed. Even with a highly dispersed, largely remote workforce, we stay connected through our Slack channels, virtual events and regional meetups. Come see how we “role”. About The Role We're looking for a full stack Software Engineer to help build and improve the nLiven platform, working in both the frontend and backend. You'll write code across.NET Core and modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Vue, extending and improving our existing systems with tests as part of every change. We're hiring at two levels, and the scope of the role grows with your experience. Early-career engineers will start with well-defined tasks and bug fixes, learning our codebase and practices while senior engineers pair with them, review their code, and help them grow. Engineers with solid full stack experience will own well-scoped features from start to finish, with guidance from senior engineers when the path isn't clear. You'll report to an Engineering Manager and work closely with a team that invests in its engineers. We'll determine the right level based on your experience and the interview process, so if you're not sure where you land, apply anyway. This position is full-time and fully remote. Candidates must be located in California, Oregon, Colorado, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Louisiana, Florida, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey, New York, or Connecticut. Candidates may be required to travel and/or meet up in-person from time to time. There may also be an expectation in the future for hybrid work in a local office. About You You're curious about how things work and eager to keep growing, whether that means picking up a new language, learning an unfamiliar part of the codebase, or taking on a bigger piece of work. You take pride in quality. You write tests, make small and safe changes, and try to leave code better than you found it. You communicate clearly and ask questions early. When you're stuck, you say so, and when you make a technical decision, you can explain why. You value feedback and collaboration, whether it's a code review, a pairing session, or working with Product and Design to understand the problem behind the work. What You'll Do Build features and fix bugs across the stack, from well-defined tasks to features you own from design through production, working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other engineers. Write clean, readable, maintainable code, with automated tests as part of every change. Work confidently in existing codebases: read before you change, follow established patterns, and make small, safe changes that get reviewed early. Understand the customer problem behind your work by partnering with Product and Design. Participate in code reviews by acting on feedback, asking questions to learn, and giving clear, constructive feedback to others. Follow the team's coding standards and best practices, and suggest improvements where you see them. Investigate and fix bugs and performance issues, pulling in senior engineers when a…
